Our engineers will initially design theoretical dimensional data based on customer needs, and then establish a model based on this data to calculate the temperature distribution of electronic components. Based on this data, we will optimize the thickness, height, spacing, and material of the fins of the heat sink. For liquid cooled plates, optimizing the distance and position of flow channels to reduce flow resistance and eddy currents is based on our engineers’ strong thermal analysis and design capabilities. The most important aspect of conducting thermal analysis is the empirical value of theory, such as the application and parameter design of heat pipes, which reflects our more than 20 years of professional research and production experience.
