The founder of Walmate is the current chairman, Edgar Liu, Vinter Zhang ,King Lee and Bill Wang, Three of the four of them are engineers who work for Aavid thermalloy, the world's largest radiator production company (which was acquired by today's Baode Group). They learned about the world's most advanced heat sinks and liquid cold plates manufacturing processes and how to serve world-class enterprises here.At the same time, they are also full of ideals and career plans for the future.
2006
The Office in the early stages of entrepreneurship in 2006,Our chairman Edgar Liu and Bill Wang rented a 20 square meter office in Luohu, Shenzhen, where they began their great dreams and expectations for the future. At the beginning of their business, they provided customers with solutions and products for radiators, and found suitable suppliers to help customers produce. Their professional technology and customer service gradually won recognition from the market and customers. Of course, this process was very difficult, with annual sales of less than 100000 US dollars, but they did not give up on their dreams.

Why is our company called Walmate ?
Under the leadership of Edgar Liu, the four founders of our company are going to establish a world top 500 company. To be precise, we want to be a International company like WalMart. So our company’s name was changed to Walmate on the basis of walmart, and such a perfect name and company were born.

Located in East China, due to the large demand from our customers, we established a factory covering an area of 20,000 square meters in 2023. This factory is specifically dedicated to manufacturing battery packs and liquid cooling plates for our clients, while also serving the entire East China region. With this modern factory, we have significantly enhanced our production efficiency, ensuring that customer orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner. Equipped with advanced production equipment and a professional technical team, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent services to our customers. In the future, we will continue to optimize production processes and constantly innovate to better meet market demands and strengthen our leading position in the production of battery packs and liquid cooling plates in East China.

In 2024， our company was officially designated as a major project by the Dongguan government, a recognition bestowed upon us due to the strategic significance of our product portfolio. Leveraging the robust support from the local authorities, we triumphantly secured a 40-mu plot of land through a competitive bidding process. This valuable land will serve as the foundation for constructing a state-of-the-art factory spanning 50,000 square meters, designed to meet the surging demand for large-scale production of our products.
The New Energy Battery Tray Project, as it is named, represents a cornerstone of our development. We are meticulously integrating our entire industrial structure, covering every stage from raw material production, precision machining, to sophisticated surface treatment of products. Our ambition extends beyond mere manufacturing; we aim to provide customers with comprehensive, system-level thermal management solutions. With a well-defined roadmap, we are on track to complete the construction and commence operations by October 2025, heralding a new chapter of growth and innovation.
