Walmate Thermal is the thermal management division of Walmate Technology. It focuses on the heat dissipation and thermal management systems of electronic products, providing customers with system-level thermal management services and products. There are various types of its products and production processes, which can meet the heat dissipation requirements of customers’ diverse products.So we are a comprehensive company focusing on the thermal management field, integrating research and development, production, and sales.
We can provide customers with standard products of heat sinks and Liquid cooling plates. At the same time, we can also offer other thermal management materials, such as fans, thermal interface materials, etc., so as to reduce their research and development costs.We usually reply to the customer's email within 8 hours. If there are complete drawings, we can provide the customer with a quotation. Within 24 hours, we will provide the customer with a complete thermal design plan for confirmation. Within 2 weeks, we will complete the customer's customized sampling. The production cycle is 3-4 weeks. One on one sales representatives and a separate after-sales service department will handle customer feedback and provide services.

The company has 13 aluminum alloy tray production lines, with an annual output of over 400,000 trays and over 4 million high and medium-end components. With its outstanding production capacity and quality control, Guangdong Warmate has become the preferred supplier for many domestic automotive OEMs, battery Pack factories, and in the field of commercial energy storage.
Our new factory
The new factory is located in Hengli Town, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 30 acres and a building area of 70000 square meters. The production line plan of the new factory includes core manufacturing processes such as friction stir welding, robot welding, CNC precision machining, stamping, finished product assembly, surface coating, aluminum extrusion anode, etc.
