This 580-wat heat pipe heat sink is independently designed by us. It adopts soldering process as the core process, ensuring a tight bond between heat pipes and cooling fins, reducing thermal resistance, and significantly improving heat transfer efficiency. Equipped with 16 high-efficiency heat pipes of D6mm, it can quickly conduct large amounts of heat under their synergistic effect, meeting the cooling needs of high-power equipment. The overall structure has been optimized to balance cooling performance with installation flexibility, stably handling continuous high-load scenarios and effectively preventing equipment performance fluctuations caused by overheating. It provides reliable cooling support for various precision instruments and industrial equipment, meeting customers’ practical needs for efficient and stable cooling solutions.

Our 580-watt heat sink is ideal for chips with concentrated power and thermal density, finding applications in fields such as medical equipment, LED lighting, and laser modules. We can adjust the position of the heat pipes at the base—specifically the mounting holes—according to customer requirements. However, due to mold constraints, the fin segments are fixed, with a height of 91mm and width of 120mm, while other dimensions are customizable. Additionally, using double-layer fins (e.g., two layers) can achieve a height of 181mm. When paired with high-speed fans, it can handle even higher power demands. Customization is welcome.
