Battery energy storage liquid cooling plate 5-07-01540
The battery energy storage liquid cooling plate we produce adopts aluminum profile processing technology and friction stir welding. Specifically, the flow channels of the cold plate are extruded from aluminum profiles, and two ports are processed by precision CNC. The internal flow channels are connected in series, with both ports welded by argon arc welding to form a closed series channel. Then, water inlets and outlets are argon arc welded with different specifications of pipe ports as required by customers for convenient connection. This process not only significantly improves production efficiency but also keeps costs relatively low.
